Davidson Hospitality Group has launched its first General Manager Council, which is comprised of leaders from across its portfolio that will provide input on corporate initiatives, processes and tools.
According to the Atlanta-based owner/operator, the council was created to increase collaboration between property-level leadership and the corporate team as new programs and operational strategies are developed and implemented.
“We are excited to leverage the best minds to serve as a collective voice representing our hotels and resorts because ultimately, we’re stronger together,” said Jason Reader, COO, Davidson Hospitality Group, said in a statement. “Embodying our core values and dedicated champions of Davidson’s ‘Pillars of Performance,’ feedback from our strategically selected GM Council will be instrumental as we continue to create value for our owners and team members today and in the future.”
The 2026 General Manager Council includes Andy Seal of The Westin Indianapolis; Christine Menzel of The Camby, Autograph Collection; Danielle Gilligan of FORTH Atlanta; Francesca Ramirez of Hilton Gaslamp San Diego Quarter; Joe Pinto of Hyatt Centric Magnificent Mile; Eduardo Fernandez of Margaritaville Hollywood Beach Resort; Melissa Green of Davenport Hotel Collection; Michael Linder of Mills House Charleston, Curio Collection by Hilton; Mike Nelson of Embassy Suites Nashville Downtown; Niels Vuijsters of Asher Adams, Autograph Collection; and Seth McDaniels of Wyndham Grand Clearwater Beach.
