Laasie has integrated its loyalty program with Stayntouch's cloud-based property management system, enabling hotels to connect guest profiles, reservations and loyalty programs through a single platform.
The integration is designed to allow Bethesda, Md.-based Stayntouch customers to offer a range of loyalty options, including points, instant rewards, cashback or combinations of those benefits. New York-based Laasie said its platform supports loyalty and guest engagement programs at more than 3,000 hotel properties worldwide.
The integration includes real-time synchronization of new, modified and canceled reservations; two-way guest profile synchronization; loyalty member ID and tier status synchronization; automated enrollment and loyalty recognition; and unified guest data to support personalized loyalty experiences.

The companies said hotels can use the platform to offer rewards such as dining credits, room upgrades, late checkout, local experiences, gift cards and cashback, while continuing to support traditional points-based earning and redemption.
Future phases of the integration are expected to include booking engine connectivity, real-time delivery of loyalty benefits to guest folios, personalized reward offers during the booking process and expanded automated guest recognition and redemption capabilities.
