Peregrine Hospitality has expanded its third-party management presence in California’s Napa Valley with the addition of Hotel Yountville and Bardessono Hotel & Spa.
Both hotels are located in downtown Yountville, providing access to Napa Valley wineries, restaurants, tasting rooms, boutiques and attractions, including the Yountville Art Walk and Napa Valley Museum.

Hotel Yountville is an 80-room boutique resort on five acres at Washington St. The vineyard estate-inspired property has a full-service spa, outdoor pool and hot tub, Heritage Oak Café and The Bar, complimentary bicycles and indoor-outdoor meeting and event space for corporate meetings, weddings and social gatherings.
Bardessono Hotel & Spa is a 65-suite luxury property located at Yount St. The LEED Platinum-certified hotel features a full-service spa, rooftop pool, fitness center, Lucy Restaurant & Bar, meeting and event space, landscaped courtyards and an on-site certified organic garden. Sustainability features include geothermal heating and cooling and rooftop solar panels.
