Hotel management firm TKo Hospitality has added three independent properties to its portfolio and broken ground on a new extended-stay hotel.

The Rehoboth Beach, Del.-based company’s newest additions include the Ocean Glass Inn and The Waypoint in Rehoboth Beach, Del., and The Allison, a 50-room boutique hotel under development in Oceanport, N.J. TKo Hospitality is also breaking ground on the new Hyatt Studios Lehigh Valley in Bethlehem, Pa.

“These opportunities represent exactly the type of growth we are pursuing,” Vince DiFonzo, president of TKo Hospitality, said in a statement. “Each property offers a distinct identity, strong market positioning, and ownership groups committed to creating memorable guest experiences.”

The addition of Ocean Glass Inn and The Waypoint expands TKo Hospitality’s presence in Delaware’s coastal market. The hotels join the company’s Delaware Beach Collection, which includes Hyatt Place Dewey Beach; Hyatt House Lewes/Rehoboth Beach; Coast Rehoboth Beach – Tapestry Collection by Hilton; Crosswinds Rehoboth; Surf Club Oceanfront Hotel; Lighthouse Cove Event Center; and The Lighthouse Restaurant & Bar.

TKo also will manage The Allison, a 50-room boutique hotel currently under development in Oceanport, N.J., with an anticipated opening in spring 2027. Located within the Fort Monmouth redevelopment district, the adaptive reuse property is planned as part of the ongoing transformation of the former military installation. The property will offer accommodations, food-and-beverage outlets and amenities targeting both leisure and business travelers.
