JW Marriott Las Vegas Resort & Spa has opened two reimagined event spaces—the Palms Executive Conference Center and Cascade.
Located in the resort’s Palms Tower, the Palms Executive Conference Center has more than 15,000 square feet of flexible indoor, outdoor and pre-function space with natural light. The Parian Room accommodates up to 200 guests, while the conference center’s nine breakout rooms can house from 10 to 100 guests. Audiovisual services include webcasting, mobile apps, high-speed Internet connectivity, ClickShare technology and digital lecterns.
The neighboring event venue Cascade is located just off the casino floor. It has more than 10,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor space with an open floor plan.
The resort’s pre-function space has a patio area surrounded by greenery and waterfalls. The new space is designed to be eco-friendly, with hydration stations to limit the use of plastic bottles, electronic signage, linen-less tables, recycled notepads and paperless communication options.
