Guest technology provider Nonius has formed a partnership with payment platform Adyen. This agreement aims to help businesses within the hospitality sector integrate guest technology and payments technology.
Nonius technology is present in more than 330,000 rooms and used by more than 120 million guests worldwide. The company provides technology like online check-in, TV, casting, Internet, digital signage, voice, managed networks and integration hub solutions.
Adyen is a unified payments platform that lets retailers consolidate their payments across all stores, all markets and all channels into one system. The entire payments operation can be handled with a single contract, and a single set of reporting.
Via this integration, users of the hotels’ mobile apps developed by Nonius will be able to conduct all of the transactions for checking in and checking out within the mobile app. By deploying these integrated technologies, hotels will be able to aggregate user journeys with payments data in order to close the loop from booking to check out and beyond to post purchase.
