Dusit International selects Duetto as revenue solutions provider

Dusit International, a hotel and property development company based in Thailand, has partnered with Duetto to bring cloud-based revenue optimization to its portfolio in Asia Pacific and the Middle East.

Dusit will implement Duetto’s revenue strategy platform for 21 properties with 6,000 rooms in the two regions, with more to be added in the future. The development company's leadership team was looking for a cloud-based Revenue Strategy solution that could deliver forward-looking demand data and greater levels of automation to reduce manual tasks and workloads. 

“Demand patterns have never been more unpredictable than they are today. Historical data is obsolete,” said Chatchai Pongprapat, assistant VP of revenue management, Dusit International, in a statement. “As such, we need tools and solutions that take a forward-looking demand approach to revenue. Partnering with Duetto will help us to drive greater dynamism in pricing, enabling increased commercial returns.”

All 21 properties will now operate Duetto's GameChanger application, helping the team to price its segments, channels and room types in real-time. The ScoreBoard business intelligence tool will let the Dusit International revenue team  build forecasts and budgets in minutes, based on real-time data sets. The BlockBuster application for contracted-business optimization will help Dusit International prepare for the return of contract business.
