Fontainebleau Miami Beach to optimize hotel revenue

Fontainebleau Miami Beach has selected a comprehensive solution suite from Rainmaker, including guestrev, grouprev, revcaster and revintel, to optimize hotel revenue and drive competitive advantage at the 1,504-room property. 

Fontainebleau Miami Beach hosts thousands of guests each month and is a popular destination for both business and leisure travelers. The property’s management team wanted a comprehensive revenue optimization suite that would allow them to analyze total guest value, streamline group pricing processes and gain an edge on the competition. They also wanted a cloud-based software suite that would offer predictable IT costs and an accelerated return on investment.

Fontainebleau Miami Beach has implemented the following revenue and profit optimization solutions from Rainmaker:

  • grouprev, an innovative group pricing solution that streamlines the process of responding to group RFPs by analyzing historical data, future demand and price sensitivity to recommend the best pricing for group business;
  • revcaster, a powerful rate shopping tool that gives hoteliers access to real-time actionable market data, so that rates can be set against the competitive landscape; and
  • revintel, an intuitive business intelligence solution that improves day-to-day revenue management by mining various data sets and providing deep insights at a granular level.

Situated on 20 oceanfront acres, Fontainebleau Miami Beach includes more than 1,500 luxury guestrooms and suites, 12 restaurants and lounges, an exclusive collection of retail shops, a 40,000-square-foot award-winning Lapis spa and a dramatic oceanfront poolscape. The property is also home to LIV nightclub, which recently underwent a $10-million renovation.
