InterContinental Hotels Group has selected Quore Systems as a preferred service optimization software vendor for the company’s more than 3,800 hotels in the Americas.
IHG hotels operate efficiently using smart technology solutions like Quore’s cloud-based platform that allows hotels to electronically capture guest requests, automatically notifying the appropriate staff member for resolution. Through its cloud-based platform, Quore streamlines hotel workflows, centralizing key operations with automatic cascading and escalation, enabling simple tracking, enhanced efficiency and higher guest satisfaction.
The Holiday Inn Express Brentwood South, a franchised hotel, was an early adopter of the solution. “Quore has made operating my hotel so much easier,” said GM Allyson Trull. “With the touch of a button I can quickly see what’s happening at my hotel, allowing me to spend more time with my guests and employees instead of focusing on paperwork.”
Through its preferred vendor program, IHG will be promoting the use of Quore as a service optimization solution to its North American hotels. Quore and IHG will continue to work closely together to identify opportunities to provide additional value to hotels.
