Following the announcement that Stockholm-based Mimir Invest, AB has acquired the assets of Quadriga, InnSpire has formed a strategic partnership with Quadriga Systems to strengthen international sales, as well as product innovation and development for the two companies.
The agreement, which is intended to open up new markets for the technology partners and infuse both companies with award-winning solutions, is set to formally take shape over the coming year.
Quadriga is recognized as an innovator of high-quality managed in-room entertainment and connectivity services to the hotel industry. Quadriga has latent or active agreements in place with many of the world's largest hotel chains, including InterContinental Hotels Group, Accor, Hilton and Marriott International.
