Jackson Rancheria Casino Resort chooses Agilysys solution suite

Jackson Rancheria Casino Resort

Jackson Rancheria Casino Resort in Jackson, Calif., has selected a comprehensive Agilysys solution suite, including Visual One PMS, Insight mobile manager and rGuest pay, to streamline efficiency and enhance guest service.

Jackson Rancheria Casino Resort, which recently completed extensive renovations, includes a hotel, casino, several food and beverage outlets, meeting facilities, RV park, gas station and general store. The resort wanted a property management system that would strengthen operations, integrate seamlessly with its gaming applications, and provide robust sales and catering functionality. The property also wanted a payment gateway that would safeguard guests' financial data and reduce the risks associated with credit card acceptance.

"Agilysys offered a solution suite that addressed our many requirements," said Damien Dinh, director of information technology at Jackson Rancheria Casino Resort. "Visual One PMS offers a high level of customization and flexibility, with a powerful sales and catering module that will help our banquet team prepare for corporate meetings, weddings and other events. Insight Mobile Manager will allow us to quickly view key property information from a mobile device, so we can increase operational efficiencies, while rGuest Pay will help protect us against data breaches and reduce the burden of complying with PCI security standards. Together, these solutions will help us improve productivity, capitalize on revenue opportunities and provide an outstanding guest experience."
