California hotel leverages Intelity for BOH, FOH improvements

La Casa del Camino in Laguna Beach, Calif., has signed a deal with Intelity to install the tech company's smartroom tablets and guest messaging system as well as GEMS, Intelity's guest experience management system. GEMS includes a suite of staff-facing tools for streamlined service and engagement between the hotel and guests.

La Casa del Camino is a nearly 100-year-old property. With two restaurants on site, including a rooftop bar, Intelity smartroom tablets will let guests read dining menus and place roomservice orders.

In addition to smartroom tablets, the Intelity platform backend and ticketing system will help La Casa del Camino streamline back-of-house operations, automate guest requests and orders and provide business insights. La Casa del Camino also will implement Intelity’s guest messaging solution, allowing hotel staff to inform guests of current promotions and offers that drive brand loyalty.
