Lark Hotels, a management company specializing in luxury and boutique hotels with 125 keys or less, has implemented Hotel Investor Apps ERP and accounting solution for its portfolio of 50+ properties.
With Hotel Investor Apps, Lark Hotels increased access and visibility into financial management by setting up 100+ team members in the system (with role-based permissions), taking advantage of HIA's unlimited user capability. Lark now has automated PMS and POS imports, new custom integrations and an automated accounts payable solution—all towards driving greater efficiency. In addition, Lark Hotels now enjoys improved reporting and real-time dashboards.
