Live! Casino & Hotel deploys new guest-experience technology

Live! Casino & Hotel will deploy KEYPR’s expansive hospitality platform at the new Live! Hotel, which is set to open in Hanover, Md., this spring. Via the KEYPR platform, Live! Hotel guests and staff will have access to a custom mobile app, in-room tablets, keyless entry and KEYPR’s guest experience management system (GEMS) and other KEYPR technologies which when combined dramatically improve operational efficiency, open up new revenue opportunities and meet the expectations of today’s connected travelers.

Additionally, in-room tablets offer a powerful in-room promotional platform which Live! management can use to share specials, promotions and events happening in and around the casino.

In addition to a PMS integration, KEYPR integrates with Amadeus HotSOS to seamlessly manage hotel operations around guest services. KEYPR’s integration with HotSOS allows guests to request specific items and services through the in-room tablet and mobile guest application, while keeping them appraised on progress and completion of such requests.
