Nova Plaza Hotels selects Revinate for reputation and surveys

The Turkish hotel group Nova Plaza Hotels has selected Revinate to manage online reputation and post-stay surveys for its four Istanbul properties: Nova Plaza Crystal Hotel, Nova Plaza Boutique and Spa, Nova Plaza Taksim Square, and Nova Plaza Park Hotel.

With the adoption of Revinate’s guest feedback solution, Nova Plaza aims to enhance the guest experience, increase online rankings, and benchmark its guest satisfaction performance against key competitors.

“One thing that really impresses us about Revinate is how well the solution allows us to analyze our competitors,” Nova Plaza Park GM Murat Bayram said in a statement. “We can use this intelligence to help us exceed service standards and provide an unparalleled experience for our guests.
