The Palms Hotel & Spa in Miami Beach, Fla., has selected a suite of Agilysys products, including InfoGenesis POS, InfoGenesis Flex and rGuest Pay, to streamline food-and-beverage delivery and enhance guest service at the 251-room luxury property.
The hotel hosts both business and leisure travelers and is a popular destination for meetings, weddings and other special events. The property features a full-service spa, a salon, a fitness center, a poolside bar and a gourmet restaurant that offers both indoor and outdoor dining. The management team wanted a point-of-sale system that offered a reliable mobile option so that servers could easily take and place orders anywhere, including poolside and beachside.
