River Palace Hotel updates distribution strategy with SiteMinder

SiteMinder secured the River Palace Hotel in Italy. According to the director of River Palace Hotel, Paolo Rivolo, the property adopted SiteMinder to provide flexibility in the setup of its management systems and more autonomy for guests.

“Technology is imperative for a hotel like ours, where the pricing strategy is quite complex and dynamic, and so we needed a flexible, autonomous and easy-to-use solution that our hotel staff could adopt quickly,” Rivolo said in a statement. “It is essential we place revenue management at the core of our distribution strategy, and, with SiteMinder, we have been able to empower our hotel staff to achieve exactly this. We can now better understand supply and demand, and optimize our strategy for greater performance.”

With 72 deluxe rooms and a central location in Rome, River Palace Hotel was founded on offering unique and personalized service that includes booking tours and expert advice on local activities.

SiteMinder has developed third-party connectivity, with a network of more than 600 partners that include hotel marketing channels, hotel management systems, central reservation systems and revenue management systems to streamline and simplify data for all hotels.
