Sage Hospitality Group gets new tech partner

Sage Hospitality Group has entered into a master services agreement with virtual IT platform Lefcon for its corporate offices in Denver and the majority of its 110-plus hotels and restaurants across the United States. As part of the agreement, Lefcon will be the lead technology partner for Sage’s corporate offices, assisting in day-to-day technology solutions, infrastructure and solutions. Lefcon also supports the majority of Sage’s hotel and restaurant portfolio including point-of-sale systems, back-of-house technology and event and guest service needs as they arise.

“What we love about our partnership with Sage Hospitality Group is that they are interested in continuing to innovate the hospitality industry through technology systems and support,” Lefcon President James Lefcakis said in a statement. “Lefcon not only provides excellent day-to-day customer support but we are always looking for new and creative ways to engage with guests through tech, as well as streamline services throughout hotels and restaurants. This partnership will allow us both to think up new and creative ideas while providing excellent service to Sage’s properties.”

Sage Hospitality Group is comprised of four companies: Sage Hotel Management, Sage Restaurant Concepts, Sage Investments and Sage Studio. Lefcon will support properties such as Hotel PerLa in Los Angeles, Joinery Hotel in Pittsburgh and The Maven, The Crawford and The Rally Hotels in Denver. Restaurants include Urban Farmer Denver; Hello Betty in Oceanside, Calif.; and The Wayward and Peregrin in Savannah, Ga.

“Lefcon has been a trusted partner of Sage for many years, and we’re excited to enter into this MSA to continue to provide excellent service to our properties and owner/partners,” said Matt Schwartz, chief technology officer at Sage. “We look forward to bringing new innovations to our hotels and restaurants that will enhance the guest experience and continue to position Sage as an industry leader in the lifestyle sector.”
