The 103-suite Residence Inn by Marriott in Bolingbrook, Ill., is now open for business. Located at 180 Remington Boulevard, the all-suite Residence Inn Chicago Bolingbrook will operate as a Marriott franchise, owned by BGH Chicago Holdings and managed by Love Hotel Management Company of St. Louis, Mo.
Located 25 miles south of downtown Chicago and 22 miles from Chicago Midway International Airport, the Residence Inn Chicago Bolingbrook offers its guests access to Promenade Bolingbrook, the Illinois Aviation Museum, DuPage River Confluence Preserve and Lewis University. Rates vary depending on length of stay.

Residence Inn properties are designed as all-suite hotels that offer studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom suites. The property's suites include a large work desk, ergonomic chair and complimentary high-speed internet access. Designed for stays of five nights or more, each suite also has a fully-equipped kitchen with a coffeemaker, microwave oven and residential-sized appliances.
Other services and amenities offered on property include a grocery delivery service, complimentary Wi-Fi, 24-hour onsite food and beverage market, dry cleaning services and onsite guest laundry room. The hotel’s weeknight evening gatherings, the RI MIXÔ offer a casual environment where guests can socialize while enjoying beers and connection to local flavors.
The hotel also maintains a business library where guests can fax, copy and print materials, and provides guests with a lobby bar, an indoor swimming pool, exercise room, Sport Court, an outdoor fire pit and 550 square feet of meeting space to accommodate functions of up to 70 people.
