Foxwoods Resort Casino launched Nor1’s CheckIn Merchandising resortwide at its four towers. CheckIn Merchandising puts machine learning and predictive analytics at Foxwoods front-desk agents’ fingertips, and empowers them to merchandise premium inventory upon arrival.

“We launched CheckIn Merchandising nearly 30 days ago, and in a short time have seen amazing results,” said Nick Meier, director of revenue management at Foxwoods Resort Casino, in a statement. “The program has created operational efficiencies for our team, and our agents have seized the opportunity to generate additional revenue for our resort while providing an even more personalized check-in experience.

The Nor1 platform provides solutions at every stage of the reservation lifecycle that enable hospitality companies to create more meaningful interactions with their guests, building loyalty and driving long-term revenue.
