Sceptre Hospitality Resources has integrated its Wave revenue-management system with open hospitality platform Apaleo, which includes a cloud-based property-management system.
Apaleo’s PMS was designed with an open architecture that can be customized by the user through the company’s add-on apps. Features of the new connection include updated rates, availability restrictions and oversell limits from the Wave RMS to the Apaleo PMS. Group reservation blocks are supported in the system as well through SHR’s Windsurfer CRS. The Wave RMS is now available as a new application in Apaleo’s app store.
“Teaming up with Apaleo was such a natural fit for SHR, thanks to their vision of building on an open, cloud-based framework that allows for ongoing evolution and integration,” said Amanda Milam, integration manager for SHR, in a statement.
“It is the ability to integrate with other technology partners like SHR that lies at the very core of Apaleo’s open architecture," Apaleo co-founder Stephan Wiesener added.
