The Viceroy Los Cabos selected Volara to provide voice technology within the guestrooms at the iconic resort. Viceroy Los Cabos, located on the Sea of Cortés in Baja California, Mexico, is the first property in the Viceroy Hotel Group portfolio to enable voice-based conversations with its guests managed in real-time and securely integrated into existing hotel technologies by Volara’s software.
Volara provides conversation management and secure integrations for 98 percent of the hotels using Alexa technology in the United States today, and installation at Viceroy Los Cabos marks the first deployment of Volara-powered Alexa devices in Mexico. Volara’s patent-pending accuracy engine ensures that Viceroy Los Cabos guests will receive the information, recommendations and services they request.
At Viceroy Los Cabos, Volara’s secure integrations hub is providing a frictionless voice interface to Alice, the work-order-management system for hotels, and Innspire, the guestroom entertainment system.
